On August 24, 2018, the Ukrainian Association in Finland invited its community, friends, and representatives of the Embassy of Ukraine in Finland to celebrate the Independence Day of Ukraine in the premises of Tuulen Tupa at Ylermintie 2, Helsinki. The celebration began with the joining of the Ukrainian community of Finland to the “Synchronized World Pray for Ukraine”. Then the head of the Board of the Ukrainian Association in Finland Tatiana Mustonen and counselor of the Embassy of Ukraine in Finland Ilya Kvas congratulated the community on the holiday. The evening continued with a concert, prepared by the activists of the Association, and smaller visitors took part in the drawing competition devoted to the Independence Day. Informal communication lasted until late evening.
